We had a fantastic stay at St Jean in Zahle. the hotel is located right in the heart of town, making it convenient for exploring restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions like Ksara winery and Baalbek ruins. the staff were extremely helpful, especially the lady who served us. the rooms, although simple, were comfortable and provided a cozy retreat from the December chill. considering the price, St Jean offered excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again.
No complaints whatsoever. 👌

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything, and the staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a greater variety of options.

We had a wonderful romantic escape to a hotel in the heart of a Lebanese city. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. We loved the free bottled water and the location was perfect for exploring the local cafes and shops. we appreciated the fridge in the room and the helpfulness of the staff in arranging travel to our next destination.
Our room was a bit small and the breakfast area was crowded, but the delicious hot filled bread made up for it. we found the entrance to be a bit tricky for taxi drivers to find, but we managed to navigate it eventually.

During our stay at Hotel St Jean, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The fresh renovations gave it a modern and spotless atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast consisting of cheese and zaatar wraps was absolutely phenomenal. The hotel owners were polite, helpful, and friendly, making us feel welcomed. The location was very convenient and close to all amenities. If you prefer a quieter room, make sure to choose one that doesn't face the main street. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a great location, close to all the restaurants and bars. The hotel offered freshly bought zaatar-flavoured and cheesy breads for breakfast, which was a delicious treat. I also enjoyed the hospitality of the friendly staff.
The hotel had serious noise issues on the street during the weekends. It seems that people drive around with their cars, blasting loud music, causing disturbance to sleeping guests.
